You will be paired up against a colleague.

Within each pair, one person will assume the role of a trader who wishes to sell a product.

The other will assume the role of a trader who wishes to buy a product.

If you are the seller, you will want to negotiate the highest price possible in order to maximize your profits.

And if you are the buyer, you will want to negotiate the lowest price possible in order to maximize your profits.
